Reef Stability is built to keep your data yours. This policy explains what the app and this website do — and, mostly, what they don't.

The app

No account, no sign-up. You don't create an account to use Reef Stability, and we don't ask for your name, email, or any personal identifier.
Your data stays on your device. Everything you log — tanks, tests, doses, events, photos — is stored locally on your iPhone. We can't see it, because it never reaches us.
Optional iCloud backup. If you turn on iCloud backup, your data is stored in your own private iCloud account so it can sync across your devices. That is handled by Apple under Apple's privacy policy; we never receive it.
No analytics or tracking in the app. There are no third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs in Reef Stability.
No data selling, ever. We do not sell, rent, or share your data. There is nothing to sell.

Cookieless analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful. It uses no cookies, does not fingerprint you, and does not collect personal data or track you across sites.
No advertising, no cross-site tracking.
If you email us, we receive your email address and message so we can reply — nothing more.

Reef Stability is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent age in your country) and does not knowingly collect data from them.

If this policy changes, we'll update the date above. Material changes will be noted in the app or on this site.
